Local and visiting chefs will gather in Solaris Plaza in Vail tonight from 6 to 9 p.m. to serve up tasty bites at Small Plates, Big Valley Flavors, part of FEAST! Vail. Tickets are $75 each. Attendees will nosh on things like octopus salad with white bean vinaigrette on fettunta (from famed Denver chef Frank Bonanno) and pork shoulder rillettes with pickled pineapple and mustard seeds (from Brian Brouillard at Mountain Standard).
