Photo: Peoples Choice plays Agave’s Tacos N Tunes, March 28 Entertainment Entertainment | Mar 26, 2017 Robby Peoples will be heading up the collaborative band Peoples Choice on Tuesday, March 28, in a free show for Agaveâs weekly Tacos N Tunes. This project includes local guitarist Bob Masters, Chris Sheldon from DeadPhish Orchestra on drums and local Joe Bianchi on bass. Peoples is best known for his rhythm and blues capabilities. Having grown up in Mississippi, he learned to play harmonica and guitar in the traditions of hill country blues and rock ânâ roll. His original music, dubbed âwhiskey folk,â features his gravel-meets-sandpaper voice, and the band will also but out some funky, well-known covers.
