Eagle County Fairgrounds closed to equine activities

EAGLE COUNTY — The Eagle County Fairgrounds are closed to all equine activities effectively immediately due to confirmed cases of the EHV-1 virus in horses in Colorado.

While the facility will be closed to horses until May 21, other activities at the fairgrounds are continuing as scheduled. All equine users with reservations at the Eagle County Fairgrounds have been notified of the closure.
