What goods or services do you provide? Our therapists are trained in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, injury, pre/post natal massage, as well as trigger point, reflexology and cranial sacral therapy. We offer 30-, 60-, or 90-minute sessions and also offer package deals and gift cards. We also offer a program where if you buy five massages, you get the sixth free. That’s a great deal for people that live in the valley or people traveling in a group, because they are fully transferable and never expire.
What’s new or exciting at your place? We are currently running a locals special, giving $10 off our 60- or 90-minute sessions.
What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? Simply Massage lives up to its name by focusing solely on award-winning massage services. Our mountain towns are filled with services aimed at those looking for an occasional indulgence, but we cater to those who need massage that produces results at a fraction of the price. Sometimes massage is a necessity for optimal health, relaxation, pain management or injury recovery. That’s why we created an environment and price structure for those who simply need massage.
What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? Simply Massage wants all of our clients to fully experience the benefits of massage, and that takes regular work with a therapist. We hope our pricing structure encourages you to integrate massage into your life. Massage detoxifies the body, increases immune system function, increases strength and flexibility, reduces pain, increases range of motion, improves muscle tone and aids in injury prevention and recovery. The Mood and mind benefit from massage as well.
