Dinner honors Israel lacrosse team

VAIL — Israel’s national lacrosse team makes its Vail debut Thursday in the Vail Lacrosse Shootout.

On Friday, Chabad Jewish Center will host a Community Shabbat Dinner to welcome the special visitors from Israel at the Antlers at Vail.

“We invite the local and visiting community to join us for a four-course Shabbat dinner together as we meet and greet Israel’s lacrosse team on their first trip to Vail,” said Rabbi Dovid Mintz. “We look forward to sharing this occasion with the community.”

From the Kiddush and matzah balls, to the meaningful discussion and inspiring song this is sure to be memorable Shabbat experience, Mintz said.
