Roller derby benefit event is Saturday in Eagle

EAGLE — The 10th Mountain Roller Dolls bout against Continental Dividers of the Ark Valley High Rollers is scheduled for Saturday at the Eagle Pool and Ice Rink. The team will donate a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales to Cohen Strong, a family organization set up to support Cohen Scriver in his fight against neuroblastoma.

“Cohen has overcome so much already,” his family said in a statement. “He is facing this challenge with force and strength. It is time for the rest of us to get Cohen-Strong!”
