Detox for spring with yoga practice

VAIL – Spring has arrived in the Vail Valley, and the Vail Vitality Center is hosting its annual on-mat tribute, Spring Detox Flow, on April 25.

Kim Fuller leads this year’s Spring Detox Flow, which offers an invigorating two-hour practice that integrates alignment and athleticism with twisting and balancing poses. The sequence is designed to prepare the body for the seasonal shift from winter to spring, igniting each participant’s inner fire and wringing out the winter residue.

‘RESET YOUR BODY AND MIND’

“This is a great time of year to reset the body and mind,” Fuller said. “The two-hour practice is going to be physical but really fun and invigorating. I can’t think of a better way to begin our first weekend of the off-season.”

Fuller promises a deep, heartfelt flow, encouraging students to break through blocks for new pathways to an authentic and empowered existence.
