Mikayla Curtis: 93 votes
Christopher Pryor: 83 votes
Elizabeth Jones: 82 votes
John McCaulley: 68 votes
Michael Woodworth: 55 votes
Chris Williams: 52 votes
Robert Ladd: 42 votes
Two-year term (one seat):
Michael McCormack: 90 votes
Brian Paul Collett: 72 votes

EDWARDS — Nine candidates ran for four Western Eagle County Metropolitan Recreation District board of directors seats during the polling place election across the county Tuesday.
Mikayla Curtis (93 votes), Christopher Pryor (83) and Elizabeth Jones (82) earned four-year terms, and Michael McCormack (90 votes) won the two-year term, based on unofficial results.
John McCaulley (68 votes) was appointed to a seat in 2015 but did not earn enough votes for election. Robert Ladd (42) was not elected to a second term. Michael Woodworth (55) and Chris Williams (52) were the other four-year candidates.
McCormack beat out Brian Paul Collett (72 votes) for the two-year term.
Established in 1980, WECMRD provides the community with a variety of recreational activities and facilities for youth and adults. The district runs from Edwards to Dotsero.
