Special to the Daily |

EAGLE COUNTY — The Eagle River Watershed Council has announced that the sixth annual RiverFest will take place June 13. RiverFest is an annual celebration of our rivers and a fundraiser for Eagle River Watershed Council.

This year, following the theme “Discover Your Rivers,” the Watershed Council welcomes the community to join them in kicking off summer by rafting an iconic section of the Colorado River and continuing the festivities into the evening with a celebration in Wolcott.

The Eagle River Watershed Council is partnering with Timberline Tours for a special guided rafting trip at a significantly discounted rate. Afterwards, celebrate our rivers at the Wolcott Yacht Club with a catered dinner, local craft beer, specialty cocktails, a silent auction, dancing and a special performance by bluegrass super-group Taarka, based out of Lyons.

TICKET OPTIONS

There are three different ticket options. The river ticket includes the float, dinner and drinks and is $95. The dinner ticket, including dinner and drinks, is $50.
