EDWARDS — Kaiser Permanente Colorado today announced that Jeannine Benson, M.D., and Patricia Dietzgen, D.O., will be the first physicians to join the company in its mountain service area, serving residents of Eagle and Summit counties starting in early January 2016.

Benson, an internal medicine physician, will see Kaiser Permanente members at the new Edwards Medical Offices building while Dietzgen, a family medicine physician, will see members at the new Frisco Medical Offices building.

“We’re pleased these physicians are leading Kaiser Permanente as we expand care and coverage to Coloradans living in the mountain communities,” said Mark Carvalho, MD, vice president of external relations and mountain expansion.

“I’m excited to come up here to the mountain communities to start delivering high-quality care to our members. I’ve seen how our affordable, coordinated, evidence based care can really improve people’s lives,” Benson said. “I cannot wait to start seeing patients out of our new Edwards Medical Offices.”
