New home project starts in Gypsum
May 9, 2014
GYPSUM — Green Valley Homes has announced a new subdivision project, Hawks Nest in Buckhorn Valley. The compoany recently received town of Gypsum approval for the development on behalf of Developer BV Devco, LLC. The builder will break ground in May of this year and begin building 60 single-family attached units in Hawks Nest, the new addition to Buckhorn Valley.
Hawks Nest will feature "single family attached homes" with two different floor plans starting at $350,000.
John Hill, the general manager for Green Valley, is enthusiastic about the project.
"We are looking forward to adding this new product type to Buckhorn Valley," Hill said. "We will continue to build single family homes as well but have seen a real need for a multi-family project in the Vail Valley at a price that locals can sustain."
Christiane Hepfer, CEO and managing partner of BV Devco, LLC, the actual developer and financial partner in the project, sees a bright future ahead in new development. "
"Our goal is to provide new homes designed to create a sense of place for young families while providing new design ideas, utilizing energy efficient products and practices that create a sustainable new mountain community in Buckhorn Valley," Hepfer said.
