Oct. 10:

7:37 a.m. Irate semi driver yelling at construction staff at mile post 132 on Highway 9.



10:09 a.m. Male suspected of picking up meth in Denver is arrested near Shell Station in Granby.

11:58 a.m. An unknown male subject entered a Hot Sulphur Springs home and wakes up owner then quickly leaves.

1:09 p.m. Smoke visible from YMCA in Homestead Hills subdivision. Slash pile burning. Fire under control.

Oct. 11:

9:11 a.m. A dark blue station wagon has been sitting at 5th Street and Range in Kremmling for 39 minutes. No problem, subject is napping.

9:25 a.m. Assist with a cattle drive at mile marker 166 on US Highway 40.

1:07 p.m. Gas skip from a Fraser gas station.

5:46 p.m. Smoke coming from the roof of home in Old Town Winter Park. Burnt dishwasher.

6:45 p.m. Volvo versus deer at mile marker 212 US Highway 40 in Granby.

9:00 p.m. A grey Explorer was hitting the guardrail and delineator posts. Vehicle was stopped. It was an older driver. State Patrol will handle.

Oct. 13

10:45 a.m. A man reported that his tent was stolen at Sugarloaf Campground near the Henderson Mill. The man later said he was unsure where he actually left his tent.

Oct. 14

2:05 p.m. A man was trapped under a rock at a motel in Grand Lake. Thirty minutes later he was out.

6:50 p.m. A report of a stolen snowboard from the ski swap at Winter Park Resort.

7:16 p.m. Bus versus Moose at mile marker 5 on Highway 125. No injuries.

7:37 p.m. A pickup truck rolled over with a female and dog in it on County Road 50 in Fraser. All okay, just need a tow.

Oct.15

9:16 a.m. A bear was trapped in a vehicle. The bear put the car in neutral and struck tree on County Road 4651 in Grand Lake. Colorado Parks and Wildlife was notified. The bear was released.

8:07 p.m. A Dodge pickup versus Deer near Winter Park Drive in Winter Park.

Oct. 16

5:42 p.m. A truck was driven half way into the water at Shadow Mountain Spillway in Grand Lake. Truck was towed out.

Oct. 17

10:06 a.m. A car was hit by a rock in Byers Canyon and is partially in the roadway with a rock lodged under the axle. Tire is blown. Tire was changed and vehicle has left the area.
