Comedian Chris Voth returns to Eagle
Ryan Summerlin August 23, 2012
EAGLE – ‘Comedy Night at the Bowlmor’ returns to The Back Bowl in Eagle Saturday at 8 p.m., with the reprise performance of Miller Lite Comedy Champion, Chris Voth.
Voth was one of the first – and funniest – acts to grace the Bowlmor stage during the first two years of the Comedy Night series. He has appeared for three seasons on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and is a two-time finalist on the popular comedy show. He has received accolades for his performances at the prestigous Great American Comedy Festival as well as taking top honors at Denver’s Comedy Works Competition.
He continues to hone his craft by working clubs around the country both as a headliner and as an opening act for some of today’s premier names in stand-up, including: Kevin Nealon, Dave Chapelle, Dana Carvey, Tommy Chong, Larry the Cable Guy, and many more.
He offers a unique perspective on relationships and his razor sharp wit leaves audiences clutching their sides with laughter. Voth’s reputation for “clean” shows means his routine appeals to wide-ranging crowds wherever he goes.
Opening the second show of Comedy Night’s summer season is Comedy Works mainstay, J. Marc. Already known as one of the hottest comics on Denver’s highly competitive comedy scene, this is his second appearance at the Back Bowl.
Tickets are on sale now for $12 in advance and $15 on the day of the show. Tickets can be purchased in person at The Back Bowl, or by phone with a credit card.
