EAGLE-VAIL – On Thursday, yoga teacher Mariah Schuette will guide a Valentine’s Day partner workshop at Revolution Power Yoga in Eagle-Vail.
There’s a lot to love about yoga, but think about how powerful the practice can be when it’s paired with partnership and connection. This Valentine’s Day, Revolution Power Yoga invites you to a partner workshop to explore how to share physical and emotional energy.
Yoga teacher Mariah Schuette recently completed a partner yoga teacher training, and said she is excited to share this fun and interactive style of movement.
“This workshop is about creating a powerful connection with a loved one, friend, family member, or even someone you have never met,” Schuette said. “Come with an open heart, and the desire to try something new!”
The two-hour evening class will incorporate communication, trust and assistance, and will focus on creative and safe methods of partner yoga.
“It’s great to be able to try new poses with the support of another person,” Schuette said. “Challenges always arise in yoga, and in life, and sometimes we simply need each other to break through those barriers.”
She said this is also a great opportunity to meet new people, as well as a chance to share your love of yoga with others. So bring yourself, or find a Valentine.
