Eagle-Vail yoga studio wants you to shift your vision
Ryan Summerlin December 18, 2012
Revolution Power Yoga hosts a “Shift Your Vision: Yoga Inversions Workshop” tonight, led by Brooke Hamblet.
Change your perspective during a busy time of year by turning your world upside down. This workshop is an all-levels yoga class that will explore the physical components of inversions and introduce students to arm-balancing techniques. Beginners and experienced yoga students alike will gain confidence, awareness and new tools to work their way into a variety of inverted yoga poses and take their practice to the next level.
“Love ’em or fear ’em, this workshop is for you,” Hamblet said. “Our goal is to give everyone, regardless of experience, the confidence and tools necessary to reap all the benefits of getting upside down. Join us for a fun, two-hour class and make your inversions enjoyable.”
Hamblet is a certified yoga teacher with more than two decades of yoga experience. From an early age, she began studying yoga books and videos in her hometown of Rapid City, S.D., and feels she has been a yogi and a teacher all her life. She now lives in Fort Worth, Texas, and is the owner of Indigo Yoga.
