Movie Matinee: 2 p.m. Eagle Public Library. Free showing of “Monsters University” for elementary age kids.

Sunday, Jan. 5

Downton Abbey Premiere party: 1 p.m. Eagle Public Library. Viewing of last season’s finale followed by theme games, refreshments and group discussion.

Monday, Jan. 6

Twelfth Night: 6 p.m. Eagle Town Park. Christmas tree bonfire and ice skating.

Tuesday, Jan. 7

Eagle County Schools students return to their classrooms.

Wednesday, Jan. 8

Explorers Club: 3:30 p.m. Eagle Public Library. Hands-on science club for kids in third through fifth grades. Note: Explorers Club has moved from Thursdays to Wednesdays.
