Ealge County commissioners to continue examination of Wolcott plan on Monday

EAGLE COUNTY — The Eagle County Board of Commissioners will continue their multi-part review of the Wolcott Planned Unit Development preliminary plan during a special meeting on July 22. The file is scheduled for a day-long discussion beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Eagle County Building and will be aired live on ecotv18 and streamed live and archived for later viewing at www.ecotv18.com.
This will be the board’s seventh hearing held on the plan and companion 1041 permit. During the meeting, the commissioners will resume their review of the suggested conditions of approval, followed by an evaluation and discussion on the project’s accompanying documents and agreements. Time will be provided for public comment.
Citizens are asked to note the board may complete their review on Monday, resulting in a deliberation and vote. A future meeting date will be set if the commissioners determine additional review is required.
