Essential Soul Therapy in Gypsum offers class on Sunday
Ryan Summerlin March 22, 2013
On Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. in Gypsum, Lindsey Fernandez and Theresa Carullo, certified reflexologist, will present a class combining essential essences with hand and foot reflexology.
“I have seen personally that combining the two modalities is yet another powerful and transformational way to care for ourselves and our families and I wish to share this information to others interested in natural healing,” said Fernandez of Essential Soul Therapy. “Theresa is a wealth of knowledge and I am thrilled to be teaching with her.”
Reflexology is pressure applied to reflex areas to encourage the free flow of information through the nervous system to increase lymphatic flow and bring healing to all areas of the body. Reflexology, in combination with medicinal grade essential essences, can facilitate powerful healing. In this class students will discuss the benefits of reflexology and also how you can treat yourself and others for cough/respiratory illness, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux and indigestion, headaches, inflammation and other injuries. Students will also learn the accompanying essences to apply in those situations. They will be practicing “hands on” work with other students, including the use of the essences in the treatments. The class fee is $20 or bring a friend and you both receive a $5 discount. RSVP by today to hold space in the class. Call 970-331-3750 or email email@example.com. Fernandez is the owner of Essential Soul Therapy where she provides aromatherapy consultations, massage and Reiki. She is passionate about spreading the word about the healing and transformational abilities of the plants and trees via essential essences.-
