Fifth annual Mushroom Festival returns to Eagle

EAGLE – Aug. 24 – 26 the town of Eagle celebrates its fifth annual Mushroom Festival. This event is a gourmet foodie delight, with experts presenting all the dirt on everything from identifying edible mushrooms to preparing them.
