Free Family Fun Fair comes to Vail

VAIL- The Free Family Fun Fair in Vail comes to Vail Friday and Saturday. It’s a full weekend of free family fun at Dobson Arena, and includes a free kids concert, activities, entertainment, dining deals, lodging specials and more.
On Friday evening, Jim Salestrom performs a free Prudential Colorado Properties Teddy Bear Concert at Dobson Arena from 6 to 7 p.m. Kids are encouraged to bring their teddy bears for this entertaining and interactive show. On Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Dobson Arena, families will enjoy free activities such as quad bungee jumper, mechanical bull, climbing wall, bouncy castles, inflatable giant slides, obstacle course, photo booth, face painting, balloon animals, Halloween arts and crafts, a high school dance team performance, a visit from a space man, a magic show and more. Also enjoy scarecrow making with the Vail Library from 1 to 3 p.m. Bring money for food and beverages at Dobson Arena concessions and goods from fair vendors.
In addition to free activities, parents can register to win a children’s bedroom furniture set from American Family Warehouse. Children will also have the opportunity to learn about the importance of emergency services, like how to call 911 in case of an emergency and how to “Stop, drop and roll” in case of a fire.
