Gypsum urgent care changes hours

GYPSUM, Colorado – Gypsum Urgent Care, which has been providing care for western Eagle County for nearly three years, recently announced it is tailoring its hours of operation to more closely meet the needs of the community. Effective today, the care clinic will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week, including holidays.

“The residents of Eagle and Gypsum have asked for consistent hours each day of the week, and we are listening,” said Doris Kirchner, president and CEO of Vail Valley Medical Center. “We hope these new hours, along with continuing to be open 365 days a year, will better meet the urgent-care needs of our downvalley communities.”

Located at 410 McGregor Drive in Gypsum, in the Clocktower Building, east of Costco, Gypsum Urgent Care welcomes walk-ins. The clinic treats abrasions, bruises, scrapes and lacerations, cough, cold, fever and flu symptoms, respiratory or urinary tract infections, ear, eye, nose and skin infections, minor burns, minor fractures, sprains and strains, intestinal illness, dehydration and more.
