Illusionist Jason Bishop returns to Beaver Creek

BEAVER CREEK- Master illusionist Jason Bishop brings his dynamic illusion and magic show to the Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek Tuesday.
The Jason Bishop Show is one of the largest touring illusion show in the United States. From his breathtaking “Double Levitation” and his cutting edge “Op-Art and Plasma illusions,” Bishop features original, state-of-the-art magic. Each show features sleight of hand, grand illusions and close-up magic that is captured live and projected onto large movie screens.
Bishop might have a person passing through his body one moment or make goldfish appear from nowhere the next. Designed to entertain, engage and enthrall audiences of all ages, guests can expect to be captivated by his magical skill, unique style and signature sense of humor.
“Jason Bishop is one of the greatest modern illusionists of our time,” said Kris Sabel, executive director of the Vilar Performing Arts Center. “No other act is able to demonstrate such a unique array of talents.”
Consistently delivering a high energy, highly interactive shows, Bishop’s performances have landed him appearances in Las Vegas and aboard several notable cruise ships including Celebrity Cruise Lines and Disney Cruise Lines. In addition, he was awarded magic’s prestigious “Jack Gwynne Award for Excellence in Presentation” in 2007.
