Landmark Residences continue a ‘Purchase Incentive Program’

VAIL, Colorado – Steve and Hillary McSpadden, listing brokers at the Landmark Residences, recently announced that the new residential development will continue its purchase incentive program for two- and four-bedroom units through the remainder of the ski season. Incentives include ski passes, designer furnishings and pre-paid homeowners’ association dues.
“Considering the size of this boutique project, every sale is significant and exciting,” Steve McSpadden said. “We have limited land in the Vail Valley and have limited brand-new inventory this close to the ski lifts.”
Pricing was discounted by 20 percent in late 2011 to match market values. This reduction brought the two-level, four-bedroom penthouse from $6.125 million to $4.9 million and lowered entry-level pricing to $1.275 million.
“Our pricing is very competitive,” Hillary McSpadden said. “The market improves steadily day by day, and levels of inventory have dropped to a five-year low. Considering discounts and incentives, there is an opportunity for buyers right now.”
Developed by the Chicago-based Alter Group, construction at the Landmark Residences is complete, with seven new residences remaining. Listed by Slifer Smith and Frampton Real Estate, six of the seven remaining residences offer unobstructed views of Vail Mountain. The Landmark Residences are open every day from 2 to 5 p.m. until the close of ski season, with private tours by appointment. Additional information is available at www.landmarkresidences.com.
