Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Company in Edwards will host a cooking class Thursday night with Tracy Miller of Colorful Cooking. Learn to make unique and easy holiday appetizers using infused and traditional olive oils and balsamic vinegars that you can create at home or at your next dinner party. Enjoy wine pairings while you cook.
The menu will include: Shrimp spring rolls with dipping sauce; cranberry dip with toasted wontons; wilted greens with mushrooms and balsamic reduction; and walnut and squash stuffed phyllo dough with chocolate balsamic.
