New broker joins Berkshire’s office

VAIL — Joie DeGraff recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate in its Vail office. Relocating to the Vail Valley from the greater Chicago area, DeGraff brings 11 years of real estate expertise to the valley’s newest brand, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (formerly Prudential Colorado Properties). The announcement was made earlier this month by Michael Slevin, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties.
Most recently, DeGraff was a real estate broker and relocation specialist with the Highland Park, Ill., office of Baird & Warner Real Estate, where she was consistently recognized as a top producer, earning the prestigious “President’s Club” honor every year.
