June 13, 2013
Today’s activity: Beach volleyball on the first day of Vail’s Thursday leagues
Conditions: Olympic gold medalist Kerri Walsh Jennings will be in town this weekend for Vail’s King of the Mountain volleyball tournament, the largest beach volleyball doubles tournament in North America, and with the nice weather we’ve been having, excitement levels surrounding volleyball as a summer activity are especially high right now. Also, Vail’s Thursday league started this week and runs all summer. Registration will stay open until June 21.
