Park Hyatt Beaver Creek hosts Fall Masters of Food & Wine event

BEAVER CREEK – This September, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek will pay tribute to Colorado’s active, healthful lifestyle with a series of culinary events that will shine a spotlight on balancing nutrition, fitness and wellness. The Master’s of Food & Wine Weekend will be lead by the culinary team at 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill in partnership with Stephen Pemble, a noted nutritionist and fitness expert, to offer guests insight on how to create tremendous flavor in a healthful way by combining seasonal ingredients with artisanal grains, spices and super foods. The weekend will begin with a poolside reception Friday evening, giving guests a chance to meet with the guest nutritionist, the resort’s culinary and spa teams as well as guides from Beaver Creek Hiking Center. On Saturday guests can rise and shine with a morning yoga session on the resort’s back lawn, followed by a juice bar breakfast featuring the season’s richest root vegetables. Guests can also look take part in pilates and kinesis classes, a guided hike, nutritional information session and a delicious and completely vegetarian dinner in 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill. The weekend will also offer guests the opportunity to experience the restorative and healing effects of the Aqua Sanitas Water Sanctuary in Allegria Spa. To close out the wellness retreat, guests will begin the final day with a guided hike lead by Beaver Creek Hiking Center staff or self-guided mountain bike ride, accompanied by a gourmet picnic lunch with all of the essentials for an active day in the mountains.
