New broker joins Berkshire’s office

VAIL — Joie DeGraff recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate in its Vail office. Relocating to the Vail Valley from the greater Chicago area, DeGraff brings 11 years of real estate expertise to the valley’s newest brand, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (formerly Prudential Colorado Properties). The announcement was made earlier this month by Michael Slevin, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties.

Most recently, DeGraff was a real estate broker and relocation specialist with the Highland Park, Ill., office of Baird & Warner Real Estate, where she was consistently recognized as a top producer, earning the prestigious “President’s Club” honor every year.

“We are pleased to welcome Joie to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices family,” Slevin said. “Her proven track record of performance and commitment to client service will serve her and her clients well in the Vail Valley.”

For more information, call DeGraff at 847-877-8858 or email joie@vail.net. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties, which is independently owned and operated, became a member the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brokerage network, operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, this year. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties was founded in 1971, has six Vail Valley office locations, 85 brokers and a property management and vacation rental office.
