Stoneyard rum dinner in Glenwood

Dotsero’s Stoneyard Distillery will host a rum dinner on Wednesday, May 11, at The Pullman Restaurant, 330 Seventh St. in Glenwood Springs. Unlike traditional rum made with molasses and sugar cane, Stoneyard produces Colorado Rum made from Colorado-grown beet sugar sourced from the Eastern plains of the state and Colorado spring water from the Eagle River filtered through ancient volcanic rock.
