EAGLE-VAIL — Revolution Power Yoga hosts “Yoga for the Big D: Transform your anxiety and depression through yoga,” led by Julie Kiddoo.
Do you ever feel sad for no reason? Are some days hard for you to get out of bed? Does change create anxiety? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this is the workshop for you. Join the Revolution Power Yoga community and learn to transform anxiety and/or depression through sharing and a powerful Baptiste vinyasa yoga practice.
This four-week series includes unlimited yoga and weekly meetings aimed at identifying triggers for anxiety and depression through power and restorative yoga, journaling, personal inquiry and discussions.
“I will give you the tools to lead a happier, healthier life,” said Kiddoo, program leader.
Kiddoo is a survivor of adolescent bipolar disorder, a certified Baptiste power vinyasa yoga teacher and co-owner of Revolution Power Yoga. She incorporates the practices of yoga daily, filling her life with a great sense of purpose and joy. “This program will be life-changing in regard to how you view your depression and anxiety,” said Kiddoo, also a studio owner.
