Vail Mountain announces 2014-15 days of operation

VAIL — Vail Mountain has announced the operating dates for the resort’s 2014-2015 ski and snowboard season. The resort will be open from Friday, Nov. 21, through Sunday, April 19, 2015.

Epic Season Passes are now on sale for next season. The full pass provides unlimited, unrestricted skiing and snowboarding at 11 resorts including Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin in Colorado; Canyons in Park City, Utah; Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood in Lake Tahoe; Afton Alps in Minnesota; and Mt. Brighton in Michigan. The Epic Pass is $729 for adults and $379 for children (ages 5-12) and pays for itself in just over five days of skiing or riding.



Lowest Price

Guests can pay $49 by Sunday to lock in the guaranteed lowest price for a season pass. The remaining amount will be due in mid-September. Epic Pass buyers will receive six “Buddy Tickets” this spring and scenic chairlift access to its Colorado, Utah and Lake Tahoe resorts during the summer.
