What goods or services do you provide? We sell clothes, housewares and bath and body products.
What’s new or exciting at your place? We’re new, and every day we have bunches of people come in to lay on the floor and take photos with our twin Siberian huskies.
What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? We carry a variety of different lines that are not in the Vail Valley, and try to keep our products priced very competitively.
What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? We pride ourselves on customer service and if we dont have something, we will order it and ship it to your doorstep.
Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: Ann’s background is in nursing and she decided she needed a career change, so she got into retail – the Vail location is her third store.
What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? A woman in a $50,000 fur coat lying on the store floor to take a picture with our dogs!
