What goods or services do you provide? Highly personalized home-monitoring services offered year-round. Only a small number of homes will be accepted to maintain the quality of the service. Service offered bi-monthly.
What’s new or exciting at your place? The “personalized” method of doing business. I am the only one who will enter the homeowner’s property. No one but me will ever have a code or key released to them. I will always be present for any service calls.
What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? I will give the level of service and reporting that gives the homeowner peace of mind.
What can your customers expect from you? House monitoring includes two bi-monthly inspections and reports on: heating and temperature, plumbing, toilets flushed, odor checks for gas and sewer, windows and doors checked for security, rodent and bug control, exterior checked for weather damage, yard and driveway
Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: I am a 46-year resident of the wonderful valley. I am blessed to live here. I also have been a real estate broker for 30 years, licensed and insured. I enjoy building relationships with customers and earning their trust.
What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? I live the wild animals – fox, deer, raccoon – that greet me in my work.
