EDWARDS — Ellen Smith Eaton has joined RE/MAX Vail Valley as the newest member of its sales team. Eaton brings to the office 17 years of experience in real estate.
Eaton specializes in residential home sales, buyer agency, foreclosures, investment properties and short-term and long-term rental management.
“My clients are my first priority,” Eaton said. “Providing Vail Valley home buyers and sellers with the opportunities the RE/MAX brand has to offer, as well as its abundant resources, is a huge benefit for them. It’s a win-win for everyone.”
As one of the most recognized names in real estate, RE/MAX has more than 90,000 associates in more than 90 countries. Eaton believes another advantage offered by her new company is the focus on continued education. RE/MAX offers real estate courses through an online platform that allows associates to access hundreds of full-length training programs on their own time.
“No other real estate organization has a higher percentage of associates with advanced, professional designations,” said Eaton. “Keeping on top of the changes in protocols and procedures is extremely important. As a broker associate, I need to know the latest techniques so I can in turn provide the best quality of service to my clients.”
Eaton is on the board of the Eagle Valley Land Trust and is a volunteer at the Bright Future Foundation.
