EAGLE-VAIL – Come to Revolution Power Yoga on Thursday evening for a powerful and transformational all-levels yoga practice with senior Baptiste Power Yoga teacher Dave Farmar of Denver.
Every level of your personal yoga practice reaches a point of mastery from which you can continue to build upon. This week’s Thursday evening “master” class at Revolution Power Yoga is for practitioners of all levels.
“This practice is designed to take you to new experiences of growth and mastery, on and off your mat,” said Julie Kiddoo, studio co-owner and certified yoga teacher. “Dave Farmar will lead us through a transformational, all-levels practice, so come ready to laugh, share and sweat!”
Farmar has worked with Baron Baptiste as an assistant at teacher trainings and international conferences. Farmar has also studied with other well-known teachers, including Seane Corn and Rusty Wells, and has attended workshops by Ana Forrest, John Friend and Shiva Rea.
“I’m so excited to be a part of the yoga community here in Denver, and to be able to reach out and share the amazing benefits of yoga with students everywhere,” Farmar said on his website.
“Dave is such an amazing teacher and his classes are so much fun,” said Rachel Nelson, Revolution Power Yoga co-owner and certified yoga teacher. “He is very well-versed in his own practice, so I am always eager to see what I can learn from him.”
Farmar’s podcast is a top-rated fitness track on iTunes, and he has also appeared in numerous wellness publications and videos.
