Sutters renew vows in Beaver Creek

Vail residents Ryan and Trista Sutter and Beaver Creek Resort will be seen during the one-hour “Bachelor” special titled “The Bachelor: Bachelor Love Stories,” airing Sunday on ABC at 6 p.m. A decade and two children later, original Bachelorette Trista Sutter and her husband, Ryan, are still deeply in love and will display their continued devotion to each other with a vow renewal ceremony in Beaver Creek, where they celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary. More than 17 million viewers watched the original Bachelorette say “I do” to the love of her life in 2004.

Ryan and Trista recently renewed their vows at Saddleridge Restaurant in Beaver Creek, one of the largest living museums of Western American artifacts outside of an actual museum.

Family time

For their vow renewal weekend, the couple and their children stayed at The Osprey at Beaver Creek, where they enjoyed family time with hot chocolate by the fireplace and a breakfast with their family and friends the day following the ceremony.

The couple also reminisced about their 10-year marriage and the road leading to it at Trappers Cabin, an exclusive, private retreat situated 9,500 feet on top of Beaver Creek Mountain, where the couple lived following their wedding.

Favorite couples

Hosted by Chris Harrison, catch up with some of viewers’ all-time favorite couples from “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” on “The Bachelor: Love Stories,” airing Sunday, and discover how these love stories have endured long after their final rose ceremonies. Desiree and Chris, Ashley and J.P., Jason and Molly and other fan favorites share with viewers how their relationships (and in some cases, their families) have grown.
