EAGLE COUNTY — Three Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties brokers have been named top producers in Colorado within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network for the third quarter of 2015. The Weinriech Team, in the Beaver Creek Villa Montane office, earned first place in Colorado for total gross commission income. Page Slevin, in the firm's Beaver Creek Lodge office, achieved third place in Colorado for total gross commission income. Local broker launches new initiative for young agents

VAIL — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties has announced the formation of a local REthink Council, an initiative that will bring together innovative young brokers, top producing brokers and affiliates across the real estate market. The council aims to bridge communication gaps with agents, affiliates and consumers of all ages and provide feedback to company leadership. Through regular meetings and events, the council will create opportunities for robust discussion and networking among peers. "The younger generations add to the dynamic future of residential real estate," said Michael Slevin, broker and owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties. "The object of the REthink Council is to better understand this important group and define ways to best serve its members." NATIONAL INITIATIVE The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties REthink Council is part of a larger national initiative to promote leadership among its network; bridge generational communication gaps with agents, brokers and consumers; recruit and retain younger agents; and identify consumer trends in local markets across the country.
