Most of us can’t start the day without a solid cuppa joe. Yeti’s Grind in the Solaris building in Vail is the best place to settle in with a strong, dark cup of coffee before a day of adventure, or to stop in midway through for a pick-me-up. The shop is welcoming and has a laid-back vibe with a friendly staff who slings lattes, Americanos, cappuccinos with admirable speed but with obvious care — the heart on top proves it so. There’s also the renovated Eagle location on Broadway which has become a community hub with its renovated community room in the basement.

If coffee’s not your thing, first off, that’s crazy. But, the home-baked goods and hearty eats are reason enough to stop in and start your day — no matter what time that might be.
