When you’re serving burritos outside a marijuana dispensary, your customers are always watching to make sure they’re not rolled too tight. Obviously, there’s no sticks and seeds in the valley’s best burrito, but you might be surprised to learn there’s no rice and beans, either. They would just get in the way of the flavorful meat, fresh pico de gallo and avocado, and the delicious homemade salsas.
