On Friday, Aug. 5, and Saturday, Aug. 6, The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, will host the next event in its pop-up restaurant series with the creative coastal cuisine of guest chef Jay Norris, of Jack Dusty at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota in Florida. Norris’s menu includes blistered shishito peppers with Anna Maria island bottarga ($16); compressed watermelon and yellow tomato salad with fennel pollen, chevre and micro basil ($18); Sarasota cioppino with bay scallops, clams, grouper and grilled baguette ($32); and key lime strawberry shortcake ($14).
