Local briefs: Small-group training in Vail; Aroma Flow in Edwards; Run With a View in Avon
The Vail Vitality Center is offering a Summer Focused Small Group Training taking place over four consecutive weeks from the start date (sign up through June 16). The package is meant to help get in summer shape by training in small groups of two to four people.
Each week, the group participates in five days of activities, including two days of yoga classes, two days of strength and conditioning, and one day of spin training.

Aroma Flow with Nicola Farrer
Dogma Athletica in Edwards hosts Aroma Flow with Nicola Farrer — a 90-minute all-levels class with the addition of a flight of essential oils. The class is from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Cost is $20 in advance or $25 the day of, and space is limited. For more information, visit http://www.dogmaathletica.com.

Run With a View
The third annual Westin Riverfront Run with a View 5K is free and open to the public. The course takes runners west on the Eagle River bike path, around Nottingham Lake and then back to the The Westin Riverfront for refreshments.
Along the way, runners are encouraged to take “Insta-worthy” photos and hashtag them with #ACWfit to be entered to win prizes, including a one-month membership to the Athletic Club, a 10-punch yoga gift card or a 50-minute massage or facial at Spa Anjali.
