New Culinary Team at White Bison and Fall Line Kitchen & Cocktails

A new culinary team has arrived at White Bison and Fall Line Kitchen & Cocktails.

After graduating from Johnson and Wales University in Miami, Jeremy Chernock worked with some of Miami’s most distinguished chefs; Michelin starred Daniel Boulud, James Beard Winners Michael Schwartz and Jose Mendin. He landed in Vail in 2014 and has spent time at Mountain Standard, the Sebastian Vail and Hooked Sushi in Beaver Creek. He recently took over as Executive Chef of White Bison.

TJ Snell graduated in the top five of her class as Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles. She joined the team in 2015 as a line cook and through her dedication and culinary creativity, has worked her way as the new chef de cuisine of White Bison.

Jes Anderson attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minnesota. She worked at Beano’s Cabin under chef Steven Topple in 2008 for five years. After spending a summer working at Vin48, she headed to Grouse Mountain Grill in Beaver Creek. She is now the executive pastry chef for both White Bison and Fall Line Kitchen & Cocktails.

Shawn Miller’s culinary career began under chef Michael Beard at Tellers Restaurant in Lawrence, Kansas, where he began as a sous chef before taking on the Executive Chef position. In November of 2010, Miller moved to Vail where he began working at Terra Bistro and worked his way to Executive Chef of Terra Bistro. He strives to use only the highest quality organic ingredients to prepare his inventive seasonal cuisine. He joins the team as Executive Chef for Fall Line Kitchen & Cocktails.

“I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my culinary journey,” Miller said. “I’m happy that my skills will be put to use in such a innovative and fun establishment as Fall Line Kitchen & Cocktails.”
