Pack A Fork! offers cultural and culinary adventure in northern Spain
NIWOT — Niwot tour company Pack A Fork! is offering a nine-day adventure to Barcelona and the Costa Brava, Oct. 15 to 24. Barcelona and the Costa Brava: A Cultural & Culinary Adventure will take a group of no more than 15 to Barcelona and then through the countryside north to Cap de Creus National Park on the Costa Brava.
Two Spanish tour guides will provide travelers with experiences focused on Catalan culture: Spanish cuisine, wines, landmarks, marketplaces, modern art and the Mediterranean coastline on the Costa Brava. They will learn about Gaudi’s innovative architecture that defines Barcelona, wander through medieval towns in the countryside, learn about Spanish wines, visit wineries and cook with a Catalan chef.
Travelers will tour two important art museums, the Picasso Museum in Barcelona and the Dali Theatre Museum in Figueres, and there will also be a visit to Salvador Dali’s home in Port Lligat near the fishing village Cadaques, plus downtime to relax and unwind or shop and discover.
‘Immerse Yourself’ in Spain
“This is a unique, customized experience for men and women who want to discover the best of northern Spain,” said Patty Moss, Pack a Fork! owner. “It will be led by Spanish guides, committed to giving guests an authentic experience in the country they love so much. There will be main attractions and off-the-beaten path experiences. Experience, learn, create and immerse yourself in some of the best Spain has to offer.”
The registration and deposit deadline is Friday. Potential participants should contact 303-652-1535 or email@example.com.
