Photo: Bonfire Brewing releasing 300 cases of Pink-I IPA in cans

Bonfire Brewing in Eagle announced that its popular Raspberry IPA — Pink-I — is hitting the market in cans on Tuesday, Aug. 29. A limited number of 300 cases will be distributed as a late summer seasonal. The Raspberry IPA is also currently on tap at the brewery as well. The Pink-I starts with a traditional recipe using Falconer's Flight, followed by Citra hops. All natural red raspberry puree is added at the conclusion of fermentation, along with more Citra for dry hopping. The aroma is mostly raspberry, but the finish and alcohol by volume are all IPA (6.8 percent ABV, 64 IBU).
