Delve deeper into, or jump-start your practice with yoga, meditation, journaling, diet awareness, group discussions, weekly themes and self-reflection.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi, new to practice or even if you have never done yoga before, this program welcomes all. With the support of the 40 Days participants as well as the Revolution Power Yoga community participants, the program will assist in gaining deeper insight and learning something new.
This program is led by Julie Kiddoo, the owner of Revolution Power Yoga and recently published author of “Bye-Polar.”
“Real healing with my anxiety and depression began when I participated in my first 40 Days to Personal Revolution,” Kiddoo said. “This program provided the tools of yoga, which set the foundation for my healing and wellness. I have learned to calm my mind with the tools I received from this program and have changed the way I view myself and my mental health. I want this for everyone. Please join me … and hit the reset button for the new year.”
This life-changing program includes unlimited yoga and the support of weekly meetings on Tuesdays from 7:15 to 8:45 pm. Participants will have access to guided meditations and yoga podcasts as well.
