Teens Cook: Colorful Cooking coming to library near you

EAGLE COUNTY — In addition to learning math, science and reading in school, local youth will have the opportunity to learn Colorful Cooking with Tracy Miller.

The Eagle Valley Library District presents Teens Cook on June 6 at Eagle Public Library; June 7 at Avon Public Library; and June 8 at the Gypsum Public Library. The class is free and for teens in grades six through 12.

The hands-on cooking class with local culinary artist and teacher Tracy Miller will kick off the Teen Summer Reading program.

Miller has been a cooking professional since 2000 and her mission is to add fruits and vegetables to all meals. She is also the host of two television shows on TV8 Vail and a columnist for the Vail Daily.
