The GoPro Mountain Games has been giving out SWAG (Stuff We All Get) since it began over 20 years ago. There are people who simply come to town to see what sort of stickers, hats, cozies, dog poop bag holders and keychains they can get at the dozens of vendor booths throughout all the venues over the four-day period.

This year’s installment of the event is staying true to past form with oodles of samples and coupons and special pricing on various products. If you time it right, you could get your protein-infused coffee or smoothie at the Isopure and Optimum Nutrition booths for breakfast and practically feed yourself lunch by trying out the Mountain House freeze-dried meals, washed down with an American Grass Greens Blend Superfood packet added to your refillable water bottle. Forget your sunglasses? Follow Revelshine Wines, a premium wine brand packed in adventure-friendly aluminum bottles on Instagram and get a pair of shades or a tote bag, which you may need if you gather a big haul at the Mountain Games.

In addition to SWAG you can easily earn and take with you, there are various ways to win anything from a free kayak Gumotex is giving away daily at 3 p.m. or any Polaris off-road vehicle or van trips from Sandy Vans.

If you are in the market for a GoPro, the title sponsor of the Mountain Games is giving away a GoPro daily at 4 p.m. There are also huge incentives to buy a GoPro at the booth throughout the weekend.

“We’re selling the camera for $299, same price as on the website, but then you’ll get the waterproof bag worth $120, a floating handle grip so if you drop it in the water it will float the camera and that’s worth $30 and a seat post/handle bar mount worth $30. We give you a hat which is impossible to buy anywhere, and you get a 64 gig SD card which is around a $20 value, so it’s about $200 worth of extra stuff,” said Shawn Kenning with GoPro.

Yo Colorado, the Golden, Colorado-based company that produces all the hats, socks and t-shirts with the GoPro Mountain Games logos, is doing a super prize with other sponsors of the games. Stop by their booth and on Sunday you could go home with an Aventon e bike, Yeti cooler, Yo Colorado hats, a GoPro Hero 11 and more for a total prize package worth $5,000.

Priority Bicycles is making you spin to win – spin the prize wheel and the bike wheels, that is. At their booth, people sign up to do a biking challenge on a stationary trainer. After you complete the challenge, which takes you from a flat road to a 15% grade in three-tenths of a mile, you get to spin the wheel for items like a multi-tool, phone holder or bike light.

“If your time in the race is in the top five in your category at the end of each day you’re entered into a raffle to win a big prize package and if your time is in the top five in your category for the entire weekend, then you are entered into a raffle to win a bicycle,” said Jake Fleischmann of Priority Bicycles.

Love to travel? Visit the G-Adventures booth for your chance to win money towards one of the trips that go to any of the seven continents.

“G-Adventures is a small group travel company that has been around for 30 years and we focus on community tourism, which basically means that we prioritize making sure that every trip is filled with local vendors,” said Alex Sanchez of G-Adventures. “Our G-Mazing giveaway is $2,500 to be applied to any trip that we offer around the world.”

Liquid Death drink company is giving away a jet at the GoPro Mountain Games in Vail.

One of the most unusual booths and giveaways is from Liquid Death. The drink company, whose tagline is “Murder Your Thirst,” has its cans of water, ice tea and Death Dust hydration mix up for grabs. You can’t miss it, the eye-catching booth contains a pink hearse sporting the company’s name on the side of the vehicle and is followed by an open casket, which is where they are distributing samples.

After you get over the shock value or marketing genius of the hearse and the casket, you hear about how you can win a jet. Yes, an actual L-39 Aero Jet, a two-seater aircraft that goes almost 470 miles per hour with nearly 3,800 pounds of thrust. You also get six months of hanger space, a year’s supply of Liquid Death, a helmet and a cup holder for your can of Liquid Death in the cockpit. We can’t make this stuff up, folks, so head to the Liquid Death booth to see for yourself just what you could win.
