Vail Recreation District hosting Zumba class
Looking for a fun and effective workout? Try Zumba. The Vail Rrecreation District Community Programming will host a Zumba class today from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m.
Zumba is for everybody and every body. The class is an exercise in disguise with Latin and world rhythms taking over.
Zumba takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a dance fitness party. A total workout, Zumba combines all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy levels.
Zumba will take place in the VRD Community Programming room, located above the Vail Welcome Center at the southwest end of the Lionshead Village parking structure.
The cost is $15 per person (ages 14 and older). To register, visit vailrec.com/register.
