Favorite school moment from any year: When I came out of my comfort zone and Red Canyon took us ziplining and I cried.
Give a shout out: Shout out to my mom and fiance for pushing me and supporting me on this journey.
Summer plans: My summer plan is to take my son to California so he can see the ocean for the first time.

Where are you headed this fall: My plan this fall is to apply to the CNA (certified nursing assistant) program at Colorado Mountain College.
If you’re leaving Eagle County, what will you miss most: The mountains.
If you’re staying, what are you happiest about keeping: I am happiest to stay around the nature we are surrounded with and the peaceful place we live in.
In 10 years, you’ll be: Hopefully, have my CNA and be living in my own home.
Favorite class ever: Art.
Class you wish had been offered: Jumpstart.

In 10 years, you’ll be: Specialized in a trade and living on my own.

Elena Chavez

Favorite school moment from any year: Adventure day with the whole school.
Give a shout out: I want to give a shout out to all of my wonderful teachers. Thank you for all you have done for me. Without you guys, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thank you for never giving up on me when all I wanted was to give up on myself. Thank you helping get my CNA and dental assistant certifications. I now have two careers to choose from for my future.
Summer plans: My summer plans are to work and save money up!
Where are you headed this fall: Even though I have my CNA and my dental assistant certificates, I want to try going to cosmetology school.
If you’re staying, what are you happiest about keeping: My friends and family.
In 10 years, you’ll be: Hope fully working a steady job either as a CNA, dental assistant or makeup artist.
Favorite class ever: It might have seem like I hated Pact (parenting class), but it was my favorite of them all. Thank you, Mrs. Grimmer, for putting up with my sassiness.
Class you wish had been offered: Red Canyon offered me all the classes I could think of.
Haley DeGraff

If you’re leaving Eagle County, what will you miss most: Skiing, watching the sunset, hiking and the mountains in general.
In 10 years, you’ll be: Healthy and happy.

Favorite school moment from any year: When LD was scootering out in front of the cafeteria and tried to jump down a ledge and packed straight to his face.

Give a shout out: Thank you to my mom and dad for making me look at colleges really early and never letting me forget when my grades were going down!
Summer plans: Work and hopefully take plenty of road trips.
Where are you headed this fall: Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri.
If you’re leaving Eagle County, what will you miss most: The mountains and the beautiful hiking views.
In 10 years, you’ll be: Hopefully making a lot of money.
Favorite class ever: Anatomy with Mrs. Wellbaum.

Phillipe Verkin
• World Academy
Favorite school moment from any year: Graduating.
Give a shout out: Mother, aka J Dog.
Summer plans: Work at the Valley Club and start freelance marketing, as well as ride my mountain bike.
Where are you headed this fall: Slovakia maybe?
If you’re staying in the Eagle County, what are you happiest about keeping: The freedom to be able to snowmobile and bike.
In 10 years you’ll be: Hopefully running ads and snowmobiling every day.
Favorite class ever: Finance.
Class you wish had been offered: None, the selection of classes was everything I’d hoped for.
