The meal: “Pulled chicken hash. It’s got the caramelized onions. It’s just unique.”

Lunch: Avon Bakery and Deli, Avon



The meal: “Corned beef sandwich. I like the mustard – the grain mustard. It’s like a traditional reuben but instead of the thousand island, they use mustard, which is unique.”

Dinner: Sweet Basil, Vail



The meal: “Pressed chicken. They took chicken to a better level. Usually chicken is one of those boring dishes and that’s why I ordered it. I wanted to see if they could impress me and they actually did it.”

Breakfast: The Westside Cafe and Market, West Vail

The meal: “Breakfast burrito. I’m 260 pounds and I can’t finish the breakfast burrito. It’s the headiest of the heady.”



Lunch: Nozawa, West Vail

The meal: “The crunch roll. It’s prepared in front of you. It’s fresh. It’s great.”

Dinner: Larkspur Restaurant, Vail

The meal: “I got the filet the last time I was there. It was cooked to perfection. It had bacon. Bacon is awesome. The chefs at Larkspur know what they’re doing.”

Breakfast: The Westside Cafe and Market, West Vail

The meal: “Southwestern benedict. It tastes excellent.”

Lunch: Carneceria Tepic, Avon

The meal: “The tripas tacos. It’s the closest we’ve got to chinchulines back home.”

Dinner: Nozawa, West Vail

The meal: “Atomic shrimp and Sunset Roll. The ecstasy’s in my mouth.”
